BEE ePass is a free account. It allows the users using a single account number (BR number / CR number) and password to access and manage related funding application systems implemented by HKPC instead of having to maintain different user login details. 

There are three major functions and features of BEE ePass:

• Single set of account number (BR number / CR number) for cross-funding system login
• Apply / manage funding system application through BEE ePass linkage
• Auto pre-fill electronic application.

When you have a registered account with an enrolled application in the following funding management system, registration of a BEE ePass account can be done through a dedicated funding management system administered by the HKPC. Please visit BEE ePass to view the registration steps.

The six funding schemes administered by HKPC are:

Upon having successfully registered a BEE ePass account through one of the above dedicated funding management systems, you can adopt the same set of user ID and password for other funding systems implemented by the HKPC.

You are not eligible to register for a BEE ePass account if you are not an applicant / a grantee of one of the following six funding schemes administered by the HKPC.

No, the BEE ePass service provides an optional login channel for user to access the funding management system, the existing registered user account in the funding management system will not be terminated.  

The Principle Account Holder holds the access right to oversee and manage the BEE ePass account, who shall be delegated by an organisational applicant. The Principal Account Holder can get access to the BEE ePass service to perform authentication through BEE ePass to bind and unbind funding scheme account(s) in BEE ePass service, manage funding scheme account, apply for new funding schemes.

Since the Principal Account Holder can get access to the bound funding scheme(s) through BEE ePass platform, we highly recommend companies / organisations to authorise a representative who has the authority to oversee and manage the account to be the Principal Account Holder.

If you are the Principal Account Holder of BEE ePass account and plan to leave your current company / organisation, please delegate a representative of your company / organisation who is eligible to manage the BEE ePass account as the successor. You may login to your BEE ePass account, and click your account name on top right corner, then click “Setting” to update the personal information, including the name of Principal Account Holder and primary email address, etc.

Since the Principal Account Holder can get access to the bound funding scheme(s) through BEE ePass platform, we highly recommend companies / organisations to delegate a representative who has the authority to oversee and manage the account to be the Principal Account Holder.
