3 new projects with approved funding amounting to HK$1.23 million were approved under the Future Innovative Logistics Acceleration Scheme

The Management Committee of the Pilot Subsidy Scheme for Third-party Logistics Service Providers (Pilot Scheme) approved on October 9, 2026 a total of 3 new projects under the Future Innovative Logistics Acceleration Scheme (FILAS), with the approved funding amounting to HK$1.23 million.

Launched on June 1, 2026 under the Pilot Scheme, FILAS aims to spur the development of IT onboarding solutions that facilitate the use of logistics data platforms operated by the Government or public organisations, including the Port Community System and the HKIA Cargo Data Platform, by logistics enterprises, with a view to promoting digitalisation of the industry.

Under FILAS, third-party logistics service providers may apply for funding support for subscribing to or using pre-approved solutions listed on a white list.  The first batch of three preapproved solutions was announced on September 1, 2026.

FILAS is open for applications all year round.  Enterprises may contact the Hong Kong Productivity Council, the Implementation Partner of the Pilot Scheme, for enquiries and submission of application (telephone: 2788 6077, email: tplsp_sec@hkpc.org).
