These awards validate our relentless efforts to optimise customer experiences through digital transformation, innovation and productivity gains.

HKPC will continue helping Hong Kong enterprises thrive, especially SMEs and start-ups, by delivering secretariat services for Government Funding Schemes and providing excellent customer service.

Ms Vivian Lin, Chief Operating Officer of HKPC, said: "I would like to take this opportunity to thank my colleagues for their tireless efforts and professional dedication. The entire team has done their job well, from communicating with applicants, processing applications, reviewing the approval process, to reporting to relevant committees and government departments, every step has been done with great care. The shadow of the epidemic is gradually fading, recalling that during the epidemic, many industries and SMEs were severely affected. Our Centre's team went out to provide on-site service - visiting applicant's office or factory to explain relevant information, and received applications and related supporting documents to provide timely and accurate support. I am very proud and encouraged by the team's recognition for their efforts."

"On the road to recovery, the HKPC Government Funding Scheme Management Centre has never stopped and is committed to providing better service experiences for SMEs and applicants. In the future, we will continue to utilise digital solutions, strengthen the evaluation and review of internal operating procedures, continuously optimise service processes, and plan to conduct regular surveys in different forms to make our services more in line with market needs, and to live up to the trust and expectations of stakeholders and applicants, thus to benefit more SMEs."
