HKPC - Government Funding Scheme Management Centre got 4 HKACE Awards
HKPC's commitment to excellent customer service has once again been recognised! We made our debut in 2022 HKACE Customer Service Excellence Award organised by The Hong Kong Association for Customer Service Excellence (HKACE) and received a total of 4 accolades.
HKPC received one Silver, two Bronze and one Merit award namely:
- Chinese Medicine Development Fund (CMDF) : Team Award – Contact Centre Service (SILVER Award)
- Dedicated Fund on Branding, Upgrading and Domestic Sales (BUD Fund) : Team Award – Contact Centre Service (BRONZE Award)
- Recycling Fund : Team Award – Field & Special Service (BRONZE Award)
- Technology Voucher Programme (TVP) : Program Award – Digital Service Strategy Award (MERIT Award)
These awards validate our relentless efforts to optimise customer experiences through digital transformation, innovation and productivity gains.
HKPC will continue helping Hong Kong enterprises thrive, especially SMEs and start-ups, by delivering secretariat services for Government Funding Schemes and providing excellent customer service.
Ms Vivian Lin, Chief Operating Officer of HKPC, said: "I would like to take this opportunity to thank my colleagues for their tireless efforts and professional dedication. The entire team has done their job well, from communicating with applicants, processing applications, reviewing the approval process, to reporting to relevant committees and government departments, every step has been done with great care. The shadow of the epidemic is gradually fading, recalling that during the epidemic, many industries and SMEs were severely affected. Our Centre's team went out to provide on-site service - visiting applicant's office or factory to explain relevant information, and received applications and related supporting documents to provide timely and accurate support. I am very proud and encouraged by the team's recognition for their efforts."
